Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with 0–2 years of experience (or fresh graduates with a Master’s in Data Science) to join our growing analytics team. This role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, enabling advanced analytics using Power BI, and leveraging Azure Data platforms, GENIE-based data exploration, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities.

This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven automation in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data services (Azure Data Lake, Azure ML Workbench)
  • Implement and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines for incremental and near real-time data refresh
  • Work with Azure Data Lake GENIE / conversational data exploration tools for advanced data querying and insights
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Enable AI-assisted analytics workflows using Agentic AI concepts (automation, orchestration, insight generation)
  • Ingest, transform, and validate structured and unstructured data
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, AI teams, business stakeholders)
Required Skills & QualificationsFor Experienced Candidates (1–2 years):
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Azure Data Lake / Azure Data Platform
    • Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Visualization)
    • Data pipeline development (ETL/ELT)
  • Experience in:
    • Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines
    • Azure Data Lake GENIE / intelligent query or data exploration tools (preferred)
  • Basic exposure to:
    • Agentic AI / AI-assisted analytics / workflow automation
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling
  • Programming knowledge (Python preferred)
For Freshers (Master’s in Data Science – 0 years):
  • Master’s degree in:
    • Data Science / Analytics / Computer Science / related field
  • Strong academic/project exposure to:
    • Data analytics, visualization, and dashboards
    • Power BI / Tableau
    • SQL and Python
  • Exposure (projects/internships) to:
    • Azure Data platforms
    • AI/ML or Agentic AI concepts (preferred)
    • Data pipelines or CDC concepts (preferred)
  • Familiarity with conversational analytics tools (GENIE-like platforms) is a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory / Synapse Analytics
  • Exposure to GENIE or LLM-powered data interaction tools
  • Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks / multi-agent workflows
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies
