Data Analyst/Engineer- Service Automation play a pivotal role in driving the automation of IT support processes to improve end-user experience and satisfaction. This specialized role focused on end‑to‑end application monitoring, automation, and observability. This role ensures proactive detection of issues, performance optimization, and reliability of business‑critical IT services.
User Experience provide a strong research foundation for innovation and deliver critical infrastructure that supports the entire organization. Within User Experience, you’ll be part of the Service Automation Team, ensuring the stability, availability, and high performance of IT systems that power Nokia’s global workforce.
Responsibilities- Design and implement application monitoring workflows for observability solutions using Python.
- Design and build APIs that integrate diverse data streams and enable seamless connectivity.
- Monitor automated workflows and perform performance analysis of IT applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective monitoring workflows.
- Operate across hybrid environments including GCP, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure.
- Automate repetitive tasks by writing scripts in PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Enhance and maintain monitoring dashboards using Power Platforms.
- Explore AI/ML algorithms for anomaly detection and predictive monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Nokia’s security policies and industry best practices.
You have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field from recognized university
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Python for automation and workflow development.
- Solid experience in API design and integration with multiple data streams.
- Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or shell scripts.
- Knowledge of BI/monitoring tools (Power BI, Power Platforms, Grafana).
- Exposure to GCP services an.
