We are looking for you, if you have:
- minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field,
- proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos),
- knowledge of data reporting and statistics,
- experience with data modelling and dashboard creation,
- familiarity with data quality checks and ensuring data integrity,
- ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions,
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
- openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
You'll get extra points for:
- experience in ESG-related data analysis or sustainability projects,
- background in developing scalable design systems,
- knowledge of advanced analytics or machine learning techniques,
- previous work in financial services or banking environments.
Your responsibilities:
- analyse ESG-related data to provide insights and support decision-making,
- develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key metrics,
- collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate data solutions,
- conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity,
- identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and validate ideas through discovery workshops,
- apply data and analytics to drive continuous improvement,
- document data processes and findings,
- enhance the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
