We are seeking a Data Analyst to strengthen our Business Intelligence team, driving data-based decisions across global operations. This role focuses on building models, analyzing complex datasets, and delivering insights that support strategic initiatives within the Fintech and Trading environment
You will:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and automate BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Looker) for management reporting.
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and develop analytical solutions.
- Design and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Present data-driven insights to senior management and business leaders in clear and actionable formats.
- Support data governance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Work closely with the IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure data availability and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a data science or business intelligence role.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R, and SQL.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into strategic recommendations
Nice to have:
- Experience in Fintech or Financial Services industries.
- Familiarity with time-series forecasting, predictive modeling, or NLP.
- Experience working with cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
