Own end-to-end marketing projects across digital campaigns and offline activations. Responsibilities include managing paid media, CRM, affiliate, social, webinar, exhibition, and event initiatives; coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners; defining timelines and deliverables; tracking campaign performance; optimizing based on data; and launching urgent campaigns. Lead partner acquisition and onboarding across LATAM for a regulated forex/CFD broker. Source and negotiate deals with IBs, affiliates, and agents; manage KYC/AML onboarding, performance monitoring, localized marketing collaboration, cross-team coordination, regional event representation, and monthly/quarterly partner revenue and activation reporting.
