We are a dynamic, cross-functional group covering the entire operational lifecycle, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Quality Assurance (QA), Operation Support, CRM Operations, Anti-Fraud, and Customer Service. By joining our team, you will get a 360-degree view of how a lending business operates on the ground floor. You will partner directly with these diverse units, acting as their data liaison to ensure they have the insights necessary to protect our business and serve our customers.
