As a Data Analyst, you will join the Retail Network Reporting Team supporting the delivery of reporting to support Client Account Managers and our Sales & Proposals team. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand how reporting solutions can help drive increased sales and support client engagement and deliver solutions which are both efficient and effective.
The team is part of a wider Data Strategy and Analytics group, giving you access to leading-edge tools for ideation, data processing, and visualisation. What you bring is the enthusiasm to understand business problems and the tenacity to solve them using your data skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex Business Intelligence/Reporting products with a focus on self-service and automation to reduce manual effort in delivery
- Support engagement with business partners to gather use cases and requirements, designing solutions to deliver business value within an overall Business Intelligence/Reporting roadmap
- Develop user-friendly documentation, including user guides, to enable users to effectively use products delivered
- Provide training and act as a point of contact for stakeholders/users in relation to BI products
- Collaborate with data strategy and IT partners to enhance reporting data infrastructure
- Maintain existing Business Intelligence/Reporting products to deliver enhancement and ensure ongoing accuracy
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Solid experience using SQL/Python to support Business Intelligence/Reporting solutions or data analysis
- Experience delivering automated data processes and scaling architectures to handle large volumes of data processes
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions
- Demonstrated experience developing and owning business intelligence/reporting solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering reporting solutions to support business users
- Experience with Azure Cloud and Databricks
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
