Primary Responsibilities:
- Serving as a subject matter expert, gathering, synthesizing and sharing deep actionable market and competitor knowledge and insights, to enable strategic and tactical decision-making
- Manage initiatives by implementing the entire intelligence process, defining the scope, selecting the appropriate research methodologies, managing research vendor relations, interpreting, and analyzing data and information, as well as synthesizing disparate data, developing reports, communicating, and presenting findings and implications to senior members of the organization
- Conduct and analyze market and product research and competitive intelligence across healthcare industry
- Utilize standard frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Market Maps) to create actionable research findings
- Utilize standard primary research methodologies and practices (quantitative and qualitative) to deliver actionable research insight
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the market research plan assuring delivery of research on time and within budget and recommend changes in the organization of the market intelligence group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and provide flexibility to move swiftly in relation to market research needs and opportunities
- Monitor industry developments and announcements to create internal newsletters and produce market and competitor intelligence deliverables using a wide variety of research sources and data
- Conduct and analyze market and product research and competitive intelligence
- Partner with leaders to understand strategic business projects impacting market-focused strategies
- Demonstrate understanding of applicable business strategies/goals and how they can impacted by research insights
- Inform go-to-market approach and product development with pertinent market and competitive insight
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.

Required Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree
- Experience in market research and competitive intelligence
- Experience in the healthcare domain
- Demonstrable experience with primary and secondary research methodologies
- Experience with senior stakeholder management and executive conversations, written and verbal, both internal and external
- Experience in thriving in ambiguity and driving strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, including strong executive presence
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills and extremely organized
- Proven to work independently and is self-directed

- MBA with 2+ years of Work Experience
