Primary Responsibilities:
- This role is primarily responsible for data-driven analysis and validation across the Risk & Quality (RQ) ecosystem, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and business alignment of complex healthcare data pipelines
- The position combines data analytics, data validation, and UAT to support clinical and business solutions within prospective programs. The focus is on interpreting, validating, and analyzing data across multiple integrated systems, ensuring solutions meet defined business requirements and are ready for real-world use
- This position is directly responsible for end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test strategy and test plan preparation, requirements analysis, test design, and execution for newly developed systems, enhancements, and delivery initiatives
- The role supports clinical and business solutions within prospective programs, validating functionality across multiple integrated applications to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements, user expectations, and readiness for real-world use
- The role balances test automation and manual UAT execution, applying Solid analytical skills to assess risk, identify gaps, and ensure high-quality, business-aligned releases

Required Qualifications:
- Data Analysis & Data Validation
- Ability to perform deep data mining across RQ eco system
- Ability to analyze backend data to validate Risk Adjustment Calculation and quality measures
- Ability to perform SQL driven data set validation
- Ability to upstream vs downstream system outputs
- Ability to validate business logic and data integrity
- Solid SQL skills are required for backend data validation
- End To End Data Flow understanding will be needed to analyze RQ Data pipeline
- Solid SQL skills for backend data validation, reconciliation and data integrity checks
- Ability to validate UI data against databases to ensure end-to-end business accuracy
- Ability to perform Detail Root Cause Analysis for data defects, production issues, and inconsistencies
- Ability to design and manage production-like test datasets
- Ability to validate bulk data behavior beyond UI limitations using backend datasets
- Ability to ensure high-quality test data coverage across multiple LOBs and programs
- Automation
- Solid hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java, TestNG, Cucumber for Junit for UI, Database & API Automation
- Experience building and maintaining robust automation frameworks (Page Object Model, reusable utilities, test data management)
- Core Java proficiency with solid understanding of OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and code reusability
- Ability to design, develop, reuse, and execute automated test scripts across multiple releases and test cycles
- Ability to troubleshoot automation failures and improve test stability (flaky test identification and fixes)
- Ability to utilize/enhance existing framework for new requirements within same or new features
- Testing
- Solid experience executing UAT from a business/user perspective, ensuring solutions meet defined functional and business requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into effective test scenarios and test cases
- Hands-on experience with functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing
- Expertise in validating complex business workflows, edge cases, and negative scenarios
- Experience preparing, managing, and maintaining test data for UAT execution
- Proficient in identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking defects through resolution
- Solid collaboration with development and scrum teams during defect triage and retesting cycles
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Solid analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify gaps, root causes, and risk areas in business flows
- Ability to analyze requirements, solution designs, and system behavior to proactively identify testing impacts
- Ability to quickly assess UAT readiness, identify blockers, and highlight risks impacting delivery timelines
- Proactive communicator who escalates issues with clear impact analysis and options
- Agile & Collaboration
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including participation in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ability to provide clear test status updates, metrics, and test results to business and technology stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure or working knowledge of modern Automation tools like Playwright, Tosca, Cypress etc.
- Awareness of CI/CD integration for automated test execution (GitHub Actions)
- Working experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including participation in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with test management tools like Rally, Jira etc.
