Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
Qualifications:
MS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 years experiences on electronics R&D in automation, instrumentation, biomedical engineering or telecommunication industry
Demonstrated technical depth in electrical design and mixed signal design.
Good capability on electrical design tools and simulation tools Cadence, MATLAB, PSPICE, etc.
Working experience with PWA/PWB and subsystem design techniques for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC circuit design and simulation tool experience preference.
FPGA coding experience preference.
Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task.
Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
Strong sense of ownership
Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and global project experience

- Bachelor's degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance / Cost Accounting or related fields.
- Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards and recurring reports.
- Proficient experience in data analysis, cost analysis, operational analytics and BOM data processing within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficient in advanced Excel (VBA, advanced formulas, advanced pivot tables, Power Query), Python and SQL.
- Experience with data processing and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to deliver analysis, reports and dashboards.
- Ability to apply basic AI techniques and strong data visualization capabilities.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, cross-functional communication skills; detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Good English reading and writing skills for global cross-team collaboration and document delivery.
- Experience in medical devices, high-end manufacturing or global MNC working background.
