Job Summary Our mid-level Data Analyst will transform raw data into insightful analyses that drive business decisions. You’ll craft reports, identify trends, and communicate insights to our teams, influencing product direction and operational strategy.

What you’ll do as a Mid-Level Data Analyst…

• Gather and aggregate data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and identify patterns.
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to clarify data needs and refine requirements.
• Support data-driven decisions through clear communication of findings.
• Recommend improvements to data collection and analysis processes.

What we’re looking for…

• 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
• High level of curiosity and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
