Responsible for owning the development of insights that empower business users to
make day-to-day decisions. Build and implement visualizations that bring forth the depth of data in easy-to-use views and dashboards. Create an “always-on” approach for understanding and analyzing our business. Enhance the technical capability of the team and deliver the build out of innovative approaches to assessing marketing spend, response rates and churn. Ensure a
strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate / meaningful evaluation for all campaigns. Coordinate data and business process to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with our objectives. This role is full-time on site.
Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Credit Genie takes a non-traditional approach to debt relief - we perform a holistic review of a consumer's financial situation to calculate the appropriate debt reduction. Lenders have more confidence in Credit Genie's evidence-based, data driven, debt relief solution which along with helping the borrower directly, also reduces the risk of a borrower's complete default, and vastly improves overall default rates in the debt industry. Led by founder Ed Harycki (former founder of Swift Capital / acquired by PayPal), Credit Genie is on a mission to help customers succeed by bringing ingenuity, fairness, and humanity to helping them resolve their personal debt matters. The US consumer debt market is over $1.5 trillion and growing, with tens of millions of households struggling to meet their financial obligations.
