Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzes complex and large-scale datasets using advanced statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to derive deep insights and actionable recommendations that drive strategic business decisions.
• Implements strategic data policies and frameworks, contributes to the overall functional data policy/strategy with a long term scope, defining and applying advanced methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to ensure rigorous analysis, data integrity, and optimal business outcomes, working independently.
• Acts as a recognized subject matter expert (SME) in electronic Quality Management Systems (QMS), providing authoritative guidance and technical leadership in data governance, storage architectures, and advanced data mining techniques.
• Facilitates seamless alignment of data warehouse capabilities with central analytic requirements, overseeing integration efforts to ensure unified data governance and enable advanced analytics across enterprise systems.
• Provides expert counsel on data privacy and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to global standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and company policies in handling confidential or Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Assesses and interprets data trends, performance metrics, and KPIs, collaborating closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement and business growth.
• Documents and maintains comprehensive documentation of statistical-based trending procedures, validation analyses, and data methodologies, ensuring transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Develops and delivers advanced training programs and workshops on cutting-edge data analytics techniques, empowering teams to leverage sophisticated analytics tools and methodologies effectively.
• Participates in strategic initiatives to innovate and optimize Insights & Analytics Services, developing and implementing operational processes and capabilities to enhance organizational competitiveness and performance and influences the budget of the team.
• Stays abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements in data analytics, demonstrating a deep understanding of Philips' business interests and effectively representing Philips externally on related topics.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Data Analytics, Data Modeling or equivalent.
