What We'll Bring:
As a Sr Data Analyst, you will support the Global Capability Center (GCC) by collecting and analyzing data to help improve operations. You will create reports and dashboards to show how the center is performing and help leaders make informed decisions. You will also work in an Agile environment, using Kanban to manage tasks and priorities.What You'll Bring:
Main Responsibilities:- Collect and check data from different systems to make sure it is correct.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to show key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA) to analyze data.
- Use Jira and Confluence to track and share reports and documentation.
- Prepare PowerPoint or PDF presentations for senior leaders with clear and useful insights.
- Work with teams like operations, finance, and HR to understand what data they need.
- Help improve reporting processes and make them more efficient.
- Make sure all data is accurate and follows company rules.
- Work in an Agile team, using Kanban boards to manage work and deliver tasks on time.
Impact You'll Make:
Required Skills and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT, or a similar field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
- Expert in Excel and good experience with Power BI
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business decision-making
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, especially with Kanban.
- Able to create clear and professional presentations for leadership.
- Good communication (Bilingual Spanish/English)) and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center or Shared Services.
- Experience with automation tools like Python or Alteryx.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methods.
