What We'll Bring:The Global Solutions Strategy and Ops team at TU is focused on efficiently driving new solution adoption and accelerating long-term global growth by enhancing our Go-To-Market practices across Solutions, Verticals and Selling teams and markets. The Product Catalog acts as the living source of truth for our suite of product offerings and supports the expansion and growth of the Global Solutions business through enrichment of product attributes and reporting capabilities, and support of GTM processes.
The Product Catalog team is tasked with working across functions and business units, including Marketing, Sales, Technology, Operations, and both Market and Global Solutions teams. Your expected points of collaboration include incorporating feedback from Sellers to enhance product catalog usability, receiving inputs from the Solutions team on business context for new product requests and continued data hygiene, and coordinating with Technology and Operations teams to reflect the evolution of the product catalog in our business systems.

The Senior Consultant will partner with our Solutions and Operations peers to establish processes, build out new functionality, and enforce integration standards for the Global Product Catalog. This team member will leverage their project management and process optimization skills to lead projects typically from initiation through delivery. This contributor is an organized, global thinker with a high affinity for execution. This team member thrives working in collaboration with diverse groups of stakeholders and is excited by the opportunity to evolve the company’s product catalog, positioning the business for greater success.
Your success in the role will improve our overall speed to market, measurability, and consistency in which we represent products and solutions at Transunion. The core of this role is process improvement and governance, as well as support of key projects to enable go-to-market and acquisitions integrations. Your impact to the team will include the following:
- Act as data steward for product NPI classification, maintenance, governance and reporting enablement for all new product setup requests
- Partner with the Solutions and Operations teams to establish processes and gates for new functionality in the product catalog
- Identify implications to proposed process changes and work with matrix partners to mitigate impacts
- Develop and disseminate content to our partners across Solutions, Operations and Sales to support training and broader use of the Global Product Catalog, and the ability to leverage its functionality
- Define characteristics and requirements for product configurations in support of pricing, contracting and onboarding facilitation
- Govern product codes and the integrity of the product codes creation process. This Associate would be responsible for partnering with the business on unique or special-circumstance product requests as part of our BAU product setup process. They will also be first line of support for any escalations that other Product Catalog associates are unable to bring to resolution.
Looking ahead, as we mature in our thinking around Global Product Catalog and its connectivity across Solutions, GT, Sales, Operations and Finance, this role will provide opportunities to implement enhanced functionality, including guided cross-sell / up-sell. This Associate will be responsible for providing thought leadership and process definition for this.

- 9+ years of professional experience and candidates with finance, operations, and/or product management exposure are preferred
- Enjoys working with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and time management skills
- Enterprising and detail oriented mindset
- Able to be flexible in supporting internal customers across multiple geographies
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Prior experience in process re-engineering and/or change management preferred
- Prior experience with Salesforce and/or Jira highly desirable
- Exposure to automation and implementation of AI bots a plus
- Experience with data analysis tools, including SQL and Alteryx, desirable
