Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze commercial data including sales, pricing, margins, volumes, and customer segmentation.
Develop actionable insights to support sales strategies, territory optimization, and product performance.
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across product lines and regions.
Reporting & Dashboarding
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Automate recurring reporting to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Ensure consistent and standardized reporting across the commercial organization.
Commercial Performance Support
Support monthly/quarterly business reviews by providing performance insights.
Track KPIs such as revenue, pipeline, win rates, pricing adherence, and sales productivity.
Assist in forecasting and demand planning activities.
Pricing & Margin Analysis
Evaluate pricing trends and discounting patterns.
Partner with sales and finance to optimize profitability and pricing strategies.
Monitor margin performance and flag deviations.
Process Improvement & Data Governance
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, systems, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP data integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
Translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a PLUS
Experience
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or commercial operations.
Experience working with sales and commercial datasets.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Strong knowledge of SQL and/or data querying.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes is an asset.
