Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:
DANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER CONSULTANT
Type of Employment:
- Temporary: 12-month contract, with the possibility to work remotely from Latvia
- Permanent: Permanent position, fully office-based
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;
- Is fluent in Danish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Danish customers and colleagues;
- Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems;
- Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills;
- Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).
You could be the one who:
- Takes care of our customers via phone and email;
- Is responsible for card support and account administration;
- Manages new orders and registrations;
- Advices our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
- Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
