Facilitates complex organizational change, supports backlog management and incremental delivery, and uses metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and work in progress to drive continuous improvement.

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI, LLM, computer vision, and machine learning systems from data pipelines through production. Develop multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, model training, MLOps, evaluation, monitoring, and APIs. Provide inbound and outbound customer support for Danish customers via phone and email. Manage global IT and integrated audit engagements, including risk assessment, planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up. Lead IT general and application control audits, assess compliance with cybersecurity, IT governance, GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOX, and NI 52-109 requirements, and provide actionable recommendations. Build stakeholder and external auditor relationships, improve audit methodologies, coach the IT audit team, and support investigations and other internal audit initiatives.

Own EMSP roaming operations: monitor transaction flows, track performance KPIs, diagnose and resolve roaming/integration incidents (OCPI), ensure SLA adherence, support partner onboarding, and drive process improvements to optimize roaming performance.

Owns and prioritizes the product backlog for retail, POS, mobile payment, and e-payment solutions. Translates business needs into technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps; manages payment integrations, compliance, releases, metrics, and cross-team dependencies. Partners closely with developers, architects, QA, vendors, and international stakeholders in an agile environment.

Own the discovery and charging customer experience within Circle K’s app. Lead continuous customer discovery, prioritize product opportunities, connect business objectives to measurable outcomes, and coordinate engineering, design, commercial, operations, and product teams. Drive cross-functional transformation, clarify platform dependencies, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and promote evidence-based product practices across Europe’s EV charging ecosystem.

Prepare Canadian corporate tax returns and international tax forms, including T1134, surplus calculations, CbCR, and Pillar Two requirements. Conduct Canadian income-tax research, coordinate tax-compliance documentation across Canada, the United States, and Europe, analyze federal and provincial tax information, and support tax provisions, accounting entries, schedules, installments, business units, management, and special projects.
