SmartDev (https://smartdev.vn/) offers tailor-made mobile apps and websites with the most popular frontend and back-end technologies. We are currently works with about 50 developers.
Job Description- Verify all payable documents in line with P2P process and Vietnamese tax law
- Track accounts payable KPIs to ensure process improvement opportunities are identified and can be implemented
- Participate in AP month end close, such as AP accrual
- Resolving issues by selecting the best solution from a few choices for reoccurring problems
- Assure all expenses (invoices and T&E) are correctly allocated
- Prepare and input Journal entries into Misa system
- Perform general ledger queries as requested
- Must be a final-year student pursuing a degree in Accounting or Auditing
- Full-time availability is required
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interest in and commitment to the accounting industry
- Good to have eagerness to learn and team working spirit
