- CPA designation or equivalent (or in final stages).
- 2 to 5 years experience in public accounting or demanding industry roles.
- Mastery of accrual accounting, month-end processes, and advanced financial analysis.
- Proven ability to lead impactful client conversations.
- Absolute comfort and proficiency with cloud accounting tools.
- Experience with eCommerce, Amazon, Shopify, or inventory systems
- Familiarity with outsourced or offshore delivery teams
- Exposure to advisory, FP&A, or operational finance work
- Interest in workflow improvement, SOP creation, or systems optimization
