ABOUT THE POSITION
ResponsibilitiesManage multidiscipline project(s) with more + 3 disciplines. Manage the full production cycle, including bidding, setting up, executing, and delivering the projects:
Internal:
Collaborate with Directors, Leads and Art Producers to establish realistic expectations from timelines, estimates and project deliverables.
Define and track project schedule and milestones.
Facilitate meetings, discussions, feedback, and communication within the team of Artists, Leads, Director and Producers to discuss status, resolve issues, and share information.
Follow up closely with Director/Leads about project progress, potential risks, and contingency plan.
External:
Be the primary contact for all project discussions with the client in keeping transparency and clarity.
Build good relationships with the client.
Handle project efficiency and cost analysis.
Keep the project team motivated and engaged.

Qualifications- A minimum of 3 years of experience as the producer or the leading project manager for multiple-discipline projects with more than 3 teams. Knowledge and experience in 3D production or game production are a plus.
- A solid understanding of project management.
- Attention to detail, timely follow-up, robust scheduling, setting priorities, organizing, and risk management skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Passion for video games and the industry is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at our Studio in Ho Chi Minh City.
