Description
Join Arctic Cat's team in Thief River Falls, MN as a Cycle Count. In this role, you will help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory analysis, and continuous improvement efforts while partnering with team leaders and managers to support efficient operations and production success.
Responsibilities:
- Complete timely and accurate inventory counts.
- Assist in meeting all goals related to cycle counts and assist in developing corrective actions when goals are not met.
- Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure understanding of inventory levels.
- Initiate continuous improvement projects related to cycle counts based on completed Root Cause Analysis reports.
- Understand and initiate compliance with all established company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience in warehousing and/or cycle count
- Software knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in warehousing and/or cycle counting
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
