Design and develop engine and powertrain components for snowmobiles and off-road vehicles. Responsibilities include creating CAD models and drawings, applying GD&T, performing tolerance stack-ups and engineering analyses, developing prototypes, overseeing assembly, preparing validation plans, and maintaining BOMs and engineering change documentation. The role also supports vehicle integration, engine mounting, NVH improvements, service manuals, and cross-functional manufacturing and quality activities.

Develop and manage Arctic Cat apparel and collectibles product lines, identifying market opportunities and coordinating seasonal assortments. Collaborate with design, sourcing, vendors, sales teams, dealers, and customers to deliver branded merchandise from concept through production. Analyze trends, inventory, demand, sales, and competitor data to guide forecasting, product improvements, discontinuations, and category expansion while ensuring brand consistency and supporting revenue growth, margins, and customer loyalty.

Manages global import and export trade compliance, including tariff classification, country of origin, customs valuation, trade agreements, licensing, denied-party screening, documentation, audits, and duty savings. Coordinates with legal, supply chain, procurement, logistics, brokers, suppliers, and international affiliates. Develops compliance controls, policies, training, communications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting customs programs and regulatory adherence.

Designs, develops, tests, and validates electrical and electronic systems for snowmobiles, ATVs, and off-road vehicles. Responsibilities include 3D CAD modeling, wire harness routing, DFMEA, component and system validation, prototype building, engineering change documentation, cost reduction, tolerance studies, and project timeline management. The role also supports manufacturing, quality processes, service manuals, and continuous product improvement.

Develops and validates engine management systems for snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, and XTVs. Responsibilities include fuel, combustion, intake, exhaust, after-treatment, and turbocharger development; dyno and emissions testing; regulatory compliance; validation planning; project scheduling; prototype component procurement; cost reduction; and technical documentation. Requires an engineering bachelor’s degree, familiarity with engines or powertrain components, engineering and calibration software knowledge, and vehicle riding and evaluation skills.

Procures materials to support manufacturing production, analyzes demand and delivery schedules in an MRP environment, manages supplier performance, communicates with vendors, monitors inventory accuracy, prepares variance and shortage reports, and identifies supply constraints and improvement opportunities.
