Design and develop engine systems (2- and 4-stroke, fuel delivery, exhaust, turbo), produce CAD models/drawings, perform tolerance analyses and simulations (FEA/CFD), oversee prototyping and assembly, create test/validation plans, and support BOMs, ECNs, and service documentation.

Support product introduction and continuous improvement by implementing Engineering Change Notices, defining routings and time standards, coordinating tooling/materials, optimizing shop layouts and processes, training manufacturing personnel, and analyzing data to improve quality, lead times, and on-time delivery.

Source materials for new product launches and model changes, perform RFQs and make-vs-buy analyses, identify supplier cost reductions, support supplier selection/transition and quality/delivery issue resolution, collaborate with finance, and manage materials projects using data, problem solving, and lean concepts.

Manage ISC cost-improvement and efficiency projects, lead cross-functional teams, partner with IT, analyze business-system data, report status to senior leadership, and implement process and product improvements to reduce cost and improve delivery.

Provide primary support and enhancements for SAP FI/CO, offer secondary SAP SD support, gather requirements, troubleshoot integration and finance processes, participate in upgrades and testing, document solutions, and deliver end-user training.

Coordinate shipping and receiving paperwork, manage SAP-based shipments and receipts, troubleshoot SAP receiving/allocation errors, monitor parts reservations and dunnage levels, and liaise with suppliers, logistics, and internal customers to ensure compliant, timely material movement.

Supervise and coordinate shop-floor production to meet schedules, drive continuous improvement, mentor and train team members, monitor metrics, support audits, recommend process and layout improvements, manage equipment servicing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support hiring, retention, attendance, and employee relations to ensure a safe, efficient production environment.

Support strategic sourcing and tactical procurement through data analysis, Excel and Power BI reporting, supplier performance and capacity planning, cost reduction initiatives, and mentorship of other analysts. Drive supplier roadmaps, contracting datasets, and operational improvements to ensure supply continuity and optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Lead Arctic Cat's global trade compliance program: interpret customs and export regulations, classify tariffs, develop policies and procedures, manage brokers and foreign partners, maintain trade documentation (USMCA, FTAs, drawback), run audits and denied party screening, and deliver trade and anti-corruption training.

Manage procurement tasks in an MRP environment: analyze raw material demand, track supply and delivery, assess supplier performance, communicate with vendors, prepare variance and MPS/SIOP reports, place and expedite purchase orders, and maintain shortage reporting to support production schedules.

Design, develop, and oversee automated manufacturing equipment and processes to maximize uptime and productivity. Specify materials, identify and resolve automation issues, lead automation initiatives, support internal teams to find automation opportunities, and train product engineers on existing automated systems.
