As the IT Manager, Identity & Access Management, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

  • Perform requirements analysis, develop strategy, design, manage implementation, and develop processes for all in-scope applications
  • Supervision and development of staff on multiple projects, business development, and communications with executives
  • Use your extensive understanding of IAM concepts such as directory services, SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, access certification, roles, data ownership, break/fix, maintenance, etc. to design, manage, and execute based on security standards
  • Demonstrate your ability to extend your extensive experience working with an Identity Management suite of products (SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Oracle, CA) and intimate knowledge of their design and implementation to apply to existing and planned infrastructure at Brightspeed
  • Governance of all processes that interact with financial systems and extensive knowledge of SOX compliance, populations, samples, attestations, acceptable documentation, approval workflows and matrices, and extreme attention to detail
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data
  • Provide hands-on support for agile development methodologies and Dev(Sec)Ops tools (Github/GitLab, Jenkins, AWS Code Deploy, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, etc.) to enable continuous development/integration model
  • Provide hands-on support and design skills for public cloud environments (e.g. GCP, Azure) and develop IAM solutions for and in the cloud
  • Manage a team and/or workstream on projects, day-to-day operations, and incident management
