Sell Brightspeed products and services to public sector and mid-market customers via phone and web conference. Acquire new logos, qualify leads, manage opportunities and contracts, meet monthly goals, and provide excellent customer service to retain and grow accounts.

Design and prepare engineering work orders for telecommunications projects including fiber network construction, ensuring effective project completion and customer interaction.

Manage technicians in telecommunications, ensuring quality service and training while promoting Brightspeed products and overseeing daily operations.

Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects: ingest and curate internal/external data, develop predictive and prescriptive models (including CV and NLP/LLMs), deploy and monitor production models, create dashboards and visualizations, and communicate insights to stakeholders to drive business performance and process optimization.

Lead enterprise data governance by designing and scaling governance frameworks, stewardship, metadata management, and data quality programs. Partner with business, analytics, and technology teams to enable governed self-service analytics, improve data trust and lineage, define KPIs, drive adoption, and report program outcomes to executives.
