Sell Brightspeed products and services to public sector and mid-market accounts. Acquire new logos, retain key customers, qualify leads, conduct consultative telephone/web-conference sales, maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates, prepare proposals/contracts, meet monthly goals, and provide excellent customer service.

Lead external PR and media relations to build Brightspeed's brand and reputation. Develop and execute communications strategies, manage agency partners, support executive visibility, coordinate crisis communications, draft press materials, align messaging across channels, monitor and analyze media coverage, and collaborate with internal teams to advance business priorities.

Support FP&A for Brightspeed's FTTH consumer business through financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. Build and maintain Excel models, run scenario analysis (NPV, IRR), track subscriber metrics (churn, ARPU, CPGA), support budgeting/forecasting, prepare materials for leadership, automate reporting, and partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights on pricing, sales channels, and capital investments.

Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects: ingest and curate internal/external data, develop predictive and prescriptive models (including CV and NLP/LLMs), deploy and monitor production models, create dashboards and visualizations, and communicate insights to stakeholders to drive business performance and process optimization.
