Executes monthly billing cycles in SAP BRIM, validates pricing, taxes, discounts, usage, and invoices, and performs billing reconciliations and audits. Resolves data discrepancies, supports revenue assurance, maintains billing dashboards and KPI reports, participates in system testing, and recommends process improvements. Drive corporate transformation by identifying initiative gaps, diagnosing roadblocks, establishing cross-department enablers, and defining incremental value-creation opportunities. Conduct strategic reviews, assess risks, develop implementation plans, and communicate initiative progress, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, stakeholder management, and leadership across multiple transformational programs.

Investigates telecom customer, vendor, and carrier disputes by analyzing CABS invoices, access charges, usage records, tariffs, contracts, and billing variances. Determines dispute validity and financial impact, prepares case recommendations, processes adjustments and credits, maintains compliance documentation, and collaborates with billing, network, finance, carrier relations, and vendors. The role also identifies recurring trends, manages dispute queues, supports process improvements, and meets service-level and turnaround-time requirements.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and optimizes customer journeys, automated email campaigns, triggers, and dynamic content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manages data extensions, campaign scheduling, tagging, data architecture, deliverability, and mobile metrics. Uses Salesforce reports and automations to monitor and improve marketing KPIs while serving as an email platform subject matter expert. Requires coordinating multiple projects and balancing strategic and tactical priorities.

Leads Brightspeed’s consumer sales organization across door-to-door, inbound, digital, affiliate, indirect, MDU, and outbound channels. Owns sales strategy, subscriber and revenue growth, channel productivity, partner performance, customer quality, operating discipline, and financial outcomes. Builds high-performing leadership teams, develops sales talent, establishes performance metrics, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Care, Operations, Finance, and Network to deliver sustainable growth.

Leads quality assurance for Brightspeed’s eCommerce web content and functionality. Designs and executes end-to-end tests, validates copy, design, links, dynamic data, coding, versioning, responsiveness, and cross-device rendering. Partners with product, development, content, and creative teams to identify and resolve defects, track fixes, review test plans, develop QA standards, and report progress while protecting launch timelines.

Oversee digital projects, including eCommerce and digital self-service initiatives, from planning through delivery. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and product teams. Coordinate meetings, track action items, manage scope changes, prioritize project intake, improve delivery processes, and lead retrospectives.

Supports FP&A for Brightspeed’s FTTH consumer business through financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Builds Excel models for pricing, churn, subscriber growth, capital investments, and network expansion. Tracks KPIs such as ARPU, CPGA, acquisition costs, and channel performance; analyzes variances and business drivers; improves reporting processes; and prepares actionable materials for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, success plans, adoption, health metrics, renewals, risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities. Partner with sales, delivery, support, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution deployment, customer value realization, retention, and revenue growth. Advise executive stakeholders, translate data into customer insights, resolve issues, and align Brightspeed services with customers’ business objectives.

Leads operational technology strategy, business requirements, UAT, release readiness, process improvement, and order-flow governance for Sales, Care, and Customer Success. Oversees more than 40,000 monthly customer orders, enterprise war-room coordination, fallout reduction, root-cause analysis, operational reporting, and cross-functional issue resolution. Manages technology and order operations teams while driving automation, customer experience improvements, fulfillment efficiency, and substantial cost savings.

Acquire new small enterprise customers and drive revenue through inbound leads, web conversions, outbound prospecting, and full-line product sales. Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, understand customer needs, present solutions, overcome objections, and manage proposals, contracts, sales funnel updates, and monthly goals. Build lasting customer relationships, monitor competitors, and collaborate internally to ensure smooth sales processes.
