We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our global Information Security team and help strengthen our security posture across enterprise and manufacturing environments.
About the Role:Design, implement, and optimize cybersecurity solutions across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, email, application, and data environments.
Partner with technology and business teams to embed security-by-design principles into projects and system changes.
Perform security assessments, architecture reviews, vulnerability analysis, and third-party risk evaluations.
Define security standards, technical baselines, and implementation guidance.
Drive remediation of vulnerabilities and security findings with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support incident response and detection engineering initiatives by implementing technical control improvements.
Leverage automation, scripting, APIs, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and strengthen security operations.
Evaluate emerging threats, technologies, and cybersecurity trends to recommend improvements across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, infrastructure security, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
Strong understanding of security controls across identity, cloud, endpoints, networks, applications, and data protection.
Experience conducting security reviews, risk assessments, vulnerability management, or implementing technical controls.
Knowledge of scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, APIs, or similar technologies.
Understanding of AI-related security risks and secure use of generative AI technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of OT/IT security principles and operational technology environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies such as Entra ID, Intune, Defender, or Purview.
Experience with SIEM, EDR, PAM, cloud security, vulnerability management, or Zero Trust architectures.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, SSCP, GSEC, Microsoft Security, or equivalent.
