Job Description
- This is a full-time role for Business Support located in Porto.
- Work for the Distributed Cloud business unit and in close collaboration with financial control;
- Support and enhance the organization's objectives, strategies, plans and efficient use of resources for customer satisfaction;
- Analyze and develop records and reports to support financial forecasts;
- Preparation of the database for monthly invoicing;
- Monitor the profitability of projects and clients, as well as monitor deviations from actual vs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Management,
- Proactivity and solution-driven approach;
- Organised nature with the ability to prioritise;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Mastery of computer tools (MS Office)
