Job Description
As a Master Data Management Assistant, you will guarantee the management and traceability of master data across group tools, ensuring their consistency and standardization, as well as implement and maintain master data business processes.
Contribution to Daily / Run activities
- Create, update, delete Master data in all group information System;
- Check all Group IS tool are update (Global Consistency of Master Data);
- Contribute to Master data template maintenance;
- Contribute to Master data documentation maintenance.
Contribution to Project & Business Transformation
- All mass uploads of master data are controlled by MD Team and validation is shared with function / BU (compliance and consistency checks in liaison with the Function / BU);
- Strong Contribution to all projects that involve creating, merging, or splitting up entities (involve mass data upload by the IT teams) => Contribution "dry runs" and Go-Live uploads.
Contribution on Maintenance of Master data creation request workflows which have been designed:
- To Involve the function / BU in request qualification and validation of MD.
- Process effectiveness: Qualifying (specifying, understanding and analyzing) requests from Bus.
Qualifications
- Technical Training or Degree in a relevant area;
- Know how of Master Data basics;
- Contribution to ERP implementation is a plus;
- Business experience with SAGE X3 is a plus;
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Good level of French is a plus;
- Multitasking, attention to detail and rigor;
- Reliability, professionalism, ability to work under pressure;
- Communication.
