- Fulfills tasks based on direct manager assignment
- Deploys Company’s Customer Support activities: Assists in the response to customer technical queries and service calls to the Customer Support.
- Answers customer queries to support telephone out of office hours as and when required.
- Plans, manages and performs version upgrades, on site and remotely.
- Be available for On-call support on rotation, evening, weekends and holidays as necessary
