We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support Department.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Resolve customer issues and effectively handle disputes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers in line with our service standards.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- Conversational English level of B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong customer-oriented mindset, along with solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Confident computer user.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
