We are on the lookout for an CRM Automation Manager to join our CRM Department.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM automation or marketing platforms (Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io, Optimove or similar).
- Understanding of user funnels and lifecycle marketing.
- Data-driven mindset and basic analytical skills.
- Experience or strong interest in A/B testing.
- English level B1+.
- Strong interest in sports and deep engagement with sports events.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of automated CRM campaigns: segment-based cycles, hidden promotions, and trigger scenarios.
- Working with automation tools: campaign setup, testing, launch, and monitoring.
- Participation in A/B testing of communication flows and scenarios.
- Analysis of campaign performance and impact on key metrics.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Product, Analytics, Content, and Design.
