As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the voice of Insify, ensuring every customer gets a smooth, top-notch experience and appropriate advice on their insurance needs.
What you will do
- ✅ Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with clarity and empathy. You’ll go above and beyond to create “wow” moments for clients, tackling challenges with a solutions-first approach.
- ✅ Continuously improve the customer experience, collaborating across teams—your ideas will make a difference!
- ✅ Provide feedback to refine our products and processes, always keeping the customer at the centre.

What you'll bring
- ✔ Fluency in French (written & spoken) — this is non-negotiable!
- ✔ Available full-time.
- ✔ Enthusiastic, motivated, and ready for challenges - you do not give up easily.
- ✔ Strong communicator with great attention to detail.
- ✔ Independent yet a team player—thriving in a small but dynamic team.
Bonus points if you:
- 🎯 Have experience in a regulated sector (insurance, banking, fintech) or customer support
