The Role
Experience Required: 0-1 Year
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist customers with product or service-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline. (Mandatory)
