Blys is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative who is fluent in French and/or German to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and creating great service experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Support French and/or German-speaking customers with bookings, questions, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information about Blys services, policies, and processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint
Requirements
- Fluency in French or German is required; native-level proficiency is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, call centre, or client service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Patient, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage customer conversations effectively
- Candidates based in Nepal are preferred
