A Consultant on our Customer Engagement Team within CrowdStrike Services is the key partner helping our valued customers achieve their strategic objectives and maximize the value of their relationship with CrowdStrike Services. A Customer Engagement Consultant serves as the liaison between the customer and the CrowdStrike Services ecosystem, helping accelerate and optimize value delivery to the customer.
Typical Responsibilities:
Execute IR retainer onboarding, Retainer Check-Ins, IR readiness workshops and other customized CrowdStrike Services
Work with clients to build retainer utilization plans, scope engagements, schedule service delivery, and aid customers in achieving their objectives
Orchestrate overall relationships with key Services customers through onboarding, positioning services, ensuring renewal, and driving customer delight
Develop in-depth understanding of the customer strategies and initiatives and serve as a key advocate for CrowdStrike services to enhance customer success
Establish regular check in cadence with key customers to share thought leadership and industry trends, review current engagements and discuss future plans
Cement yourself as a trusted/strategic advisor with customers and drive continued value of our services and products
Advocate customer needs/issues cross-functionally within CrowdStrike and program-manage customer concerns
Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the CrowdStrike Services and products
What You'll Need:
Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
2-3 years experience providing cybersecurity and/or incident response consulting services
Experience with building and growing strategic relationships with client mid-level managers and executives
Experience in customer-facing project management with a keen eye toward customer service
Experience implementing information security programs within domains such as endpoint security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, or security operations centers
Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced professional services environment and can balance competing priorities while still maintaining focus on details
Proven track record in technical and creative problem solving coupled with the analytical expertise to provide quick resolution to problems
