About The Job
- Manage end-to-end implementation and training processes for HotelRunner PMS and Channel Manager products
- Provide fast, solution-oriented, and clear responses to customer requests
- Execute support and implementation processes in line with defined SLA timelines
- Accurately track and document all processes through Salesforce CRM
- Foster strong cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and follow up with post-process feedback
Requirements
- High school or Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Registered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) with a disability degree of 40% or above
- Self-learner, able to work independently, and a strong team player
- Experience in call center and/or customer relations
- English proficiency (preferred)
- Residing in İzmir
