Summary:
Communicating on a regular basis and nurturing the relationship to meet or exceed our customer’s evolving needs and allow us to provide solutions for all of their physical and digital asset management requirements.
Duties:
1. To maintain business relationship with existing customers by contacting the customer on a regularly basis to improve customer service satisfaction
2. Contract archiving and contract renewal
3. Interact with operation, sales, finance (contract process) departments for following up company procedure to enhance clients’ satisfaction
4. Participate in project meetings to monitor the process and to help with coordination and reporting
5. Handle clients enquiries on a professionally, timely and efficiently and follow up customer service complaints
6. Support Sales team on government bidding and system maintaining
7. Accurately complete global/local reports, the supplier information form, annual audit report and other relevant reports
8. Identity new opportunities through relationship building and issue resolution
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with over two years B2B customer services / sales and or project coordination experience is essential
2. Capable of using Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google. And, not afraid of engaging various systems
3. Must be a self-starter, and extremely motivated, effective to perform under pressure
4. Possess sophistication and poise to work with high-level contacts
5. Must possess excellent customer service skills, excellent organization and problem solving skills
6. Serious work attitude, rigorous and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility
