Job Description

Job Summary: 
•Support customers throughout their journey by resolving issues and advocating for their needs
• Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area, incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
• Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Solves a range of straightforward problems
• Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Responsibilities:
Performs mainly straightforward assignments, using prescribed guidelines to resolve problems, building knowledge in their area of expertise.

Qualifications

Fluency in Czech & English language is a must.  

Understands key business drivers, uses this understanding to accomplish own work

•Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents

•No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates

•Explains information to others in straightforward situations

•Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets

•Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team, works within guidelines and policies

•2-5 years of experience

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, relevant certifications or advanced coursework

 

Additional Information

Please note that working full-time from the office is required during the initial trial / probation period. Hybrid work is permitted after successful completion of the probation period.
