 We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market

This Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (CSM) partners closely with Account Managers (AM) to ensure Built In’s Mid-Market customers achieve a significant return on investment and drive business success with their Built In partnership.

The Mid-Market CSM will support our users within assigned accounts, to ensure effective new user and product onboarding and engagement on Built In products and solutions.

 How You'll Contribute

  • Partner with the AM to drive overall customer adoption, enhance customer success and mitigate customer churn risk.
  • Create and execute against project plans by providing user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement. 
  • Drive successful customer onboarding by setting both expectations and objectives that result in a clear, shared partnership plan to define the parameters of the overall relationship. 
  • Be a product expert -- guide our customers on how best to use Built In’s products to reach their goals. 
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments in the company including content writers, customer support, and the product team to ensure delivery of customer objectives.

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, recruitment or related field 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Experience with content marketing, digital marketing, or the ability to act as a creative advisor to clients 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they come up 
  • Proficient in Salesforce

  • Deep empathy for the customer 
  • Strong capacity to work across product types, including content and tech
