As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will build trusted relationships with customers and help them achieve their business objectives through their investment in Microsoft. You will work with senior business and technical stakeholders to understand their priorities, develop strategic success plans, and bring together the right Microsoft expertise to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
You will lead customer success planning across Microsoft’s cloud portfolio, proactively addressing risks and blockers while identifying opportunities to increase adoption, optimise usage and support customers’ ongoing transformation.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, aligning Microsoft solutions and services with their priorities and business outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic customer success plans that support technology adoption, security, resiliency and business transformation.
- Collaborate across Microsoft teams, partners and technical specialists to deliver coordinated customer outcomes.
- Identify and address risks and blockers to adoption, bringing together the appropriate resources to support customer success.
- Help customers optimise their use of Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for further adoption and growth.
- Lead customer programme reviews and executive conversations to maintain alignment on priorities, progress and agreed outcomes.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting or portfolio management OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND relevant experience OR equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional relevant experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting or portfolio management.
- Relevant work experience within the customer’s industry.
- Microsoft or equivalent industry certification in relevant technologies.
- Relevant service management, project management or change management certification.
