As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will help customers turn their Microsoft cloud and AI investments into measurable business outcomes. You will build trusted relationships, align customer priorities with Microsoft capabilities, and coordinate the people, programs, and resources needed to strengthen customer health, accelerate adoption, and deliver sustained value. As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you are responsible for helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes by executing customer success strategies that strengthen customer health, accelerate cloud adoption, and advance AI transformation. You partner with customers and Microsoft teams to align priorities, develop Customer Success Plans, coordinate delivery activities, and drive value realization across Microsoft investments. Using your judgement within a defined scope, you identify risks, support resolution efforts, and help ensure customers remain on track to achieve their goals. You will collaborate across Microsoft, partners, and Success Management Services to deliver a connected customer experience while continuing to deepen your business, technical, and customer success expertise.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and Microsoft teams to support customer success and drive positive business outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder and priority alignment activities within assigned accounts, helping customers connect business objectives to actionable success strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans, monitor progress against goals, and drive accountability for agreed-upon actions and commitments.
- Drive activities that strengthen customer health, accelerate cloud adoption, and advance AI transformation by coordinating execution across Microsoft, partners, and customer stakeholders.
- Orchestrate Success Management Services delivery, including Success Programs, governance reviews, and customer engagements that help realize value from Microsoft investments.
- Identify customer risks, opportunities, and adoption blockers, proactively driving resolution plans and escalating complex issues when appropriate.
- Continuously strengthen business, industry, and technology expertise while expanding your ability to deliver measurable customer outcomes and value realization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 2+ year(s) work or internship experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management
- OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 5+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) relevant work experience within customer industry
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 2+ year(s) work or internship experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management
Customer Success Account Mgmt IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $69,600 - CAD $132,500 per year.
