  • Collaborate with MACS BOS domains and global services teams to design integrated solutions combining BOS platforms with MS-IT and ADM services
  • Translate customer operational, IT, and business requirements into end-to-end BOS service solutions that leverage automation, AI/analytics, and standardized delivery frameworks
  • Lead value-based selling by preparing clear services value propositions and customer-specific narratives, including business cases, TCO/ROI analyses, and outcome-based stories (e.g., cost optimization, operational efficiency, time-to-market)
  • Support commercial and contractual discussions in close collaboration with Sales and Commercial Management, ensuring services scope, responsibilities, and SLAs are clearly defined
  • Ensure sales readiness for BOS services by contributing to solution catalogs, reference models, case studies, and internal enablement for MS-IT and ADM offerings
  • Provide structured feedback from customer engagements to influence BOS services strategy, portfolio evolution, and industrialized delivery models
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer operations, IT, and business leaders on BOS service transformation, managed services, and ADM modernization
  • Support handover to Service Delivery and operational teams, ensuring clarity on solution intent, KPIs, service levels, and governance

The skills you bring:
