The position / About the Job:
- The person should be responsible for providing customer total ownership for quotation, order processing, execution, communication & Invoicing for aftersales for Ocean Division (Ship management customer)
- Efficiently handle enquiries and RFQs for marine services for Ocean customers, including government tenders and complex quotations.
- Prepare government tenders in coordination with the external sales team and submit bids through the online portal (GEM portal).
- Manage the order execution process, from order acknowledgment to deliveries from factories. Coordinate with central functions in Denmark and the Netherlands for accurate and timely quotations & orders.
- Ensure timely submission of quotes for parts to Ocean customers.
- Evaluate spare parts requirements against customer RFQs and suggest recommended parts with appropriate offers to meet customer needs.
- Maintain response time as a key performance indicator for smooth order execution, including local and export orders. Experience in handling merchant trade transactions is an advantage.
- Act as an interface between customers, the Distribution Center (Sweden), Spares Support & Order Handling (Aalborg, Denmark), and External Sales (India).
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and provide proactive, prompt responses to customer needs.
- Responsible for response time and achieve invoicing targets for the aftersales business.
- Ensure achievement of order (TAT) and timely execution of clear orders.
- Maintain a clear backlog of executable orders with visibility of execution timeframes.
- Support customers in resolving basic technical questions. Coordinate with PDL/DC to obtain current readiness dates, update required systems and communicate changes to customers.
- Coordinate technically and commercially with various inspection agencies.
- Be an active team member in ALPS drives.

- Any Graduate with relevant experience.
- Strong Commercial Knowledge
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, ERP system (Movex)
- After Sales Support / Order Execution Experience
