About the Role:

As a Customer Sales and Support Specialist at Mindvalley, you play a critical role in transforming lives. You are not only a champion of exceptional customer service but also a strategic driver of sales outcomes. By combining empathy, insight, and persuasive communication, you will guide prospective and existing customers toward meaningful, transformational learning journeys. Your support directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and the achievement of our growth goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving value through customer-centric sales in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Customer Sales & Conversion
  • Champion Mindvalley’s transformational mission by proactively guiding customers toward programs aligned with their goals.
  • Drive customer conversion through strategic, informed recommendations that address purchasing hesitations and inspire confidence.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to optimize conversion funnels and reduce friction points.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align messaging and improve campaign performance.
Sales Enablement & Strategic Support
  • Partner with the Sales team to deliver targeted content training and ensure access to conversion-boosting resources.
  • Share best practices and assist in mentoring peers to maintain high standards in sales engagement.
  • Own the customer conversion pipeline by tracking performance metrics, identifying friction points, and proactively optimizing outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
Customer Support & Experience
  • Deliver exceptional, empathetic support through Jira and email by resolving escalated inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and tech teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ensure the customer journey is smooth and value-driven from pre-sale to onboarding.
Customer Retention & Loyalty
  • Engage with at-risk or churned customers to understand concerns and deliver personalized retention strategies.
  • Monitor satisfaction levels and initiate actions that enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
Technical Competencies
  • Sales Strategy: Understanding of conversion techniques, funnel optimization, and customer decision psychology
  • Objection Handling: Strong ability to identify and resolve buying objections
  • CRM & Tools: Proficiency with Jira, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems
  • Data Fluency: Ability to interpret data, report on key metrics, and drive performance improvements
  • Content Mastery: Strong familiarity with Mindvalley’s product suite and offerings

  • Customer-Centricity: Deep empathy and a strong focus on adding value to every customer interaction

Experience

  • 4+ years in customer-facing sales or success roles
  • Track record in sales or conversion optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Experience with online learning platforms and international customer bases
