About role

We are looking for an exceptional Leader, able to analyze and identifying improvements in processes, collaborating with multiple work teams, who can communicate effectively with different areas to ensure correct processes execution on time.

Ideal candidates bring experience in Banking, Telecommunications, or IT field, within Customer Service areas, analyzing effectiveness and improvement management in processes, by generating metrics and executive reports related to the operation

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

  • Regularly follow up with customers about SLA, billing, and contractual issues
  • Analysis and control of metrics, as well as monthly contract billing
  • Ensure compliance of the preventive maintenance plans established in contracts
  • Monitor and control of action plans which mitigates operational problems
  • Present reports about Customer Service Results, to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring exceptional and consistent service.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and expectations, providing customized solutions focused on specific situations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or related (graduated)
  • English Advanced
  • +2 years of experience in Customer Service with a proven record with team leadership (preferable)
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Power BI (preferable)
  • Excellent effective communication and ability to build strong relationships with parties involved for making agreements which benefits to the operation.
  • Proactive for escalating critical situations and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional Strategic insight for identifying action plans and improvements aligned to problems solving
