As a Customer Relationship Lead – Future Risk, you will play a critical role in protecting customer service performance by proactively identifying future supply risks and driving actions to minimise their impact.

Working alongside the wider Spares team, you will proactively identify risk parts, coordinate mitigation activities, and bridge supply gaps. You will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, and the Customer Solutions team to ensure potential risks are understood, communicated, and effectively managed before they impact customer operations or organisational performance.

This role is instrumental in achieving our Spares performance targets by optimising parts availability and ensuring the correct actions are taken to protect customer supply.

You will manage escalations, influence cross functional teams, and provide clear, proactive communication to internal and external stakeholders, building confidence through transparency and effective risk management.

 

About You

You are a proactive, solutions-focused professional with excellent communication and relationship building skills.

You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the business.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.

You will be able to demonstrate:
