The Onsite Representative Lead coordinates supply chain activities at customer sites, manages stock levels, and provides operational support to ensure customer satisfaction in the aerospace industry.

Represent Incora onsite at customer production sites to monitor and replenish supply bins, liaise with customer and internal teams, resolve stock issues, mentor onsite staff, and maintain accurate documentation and data in integrated systems to support JIT/VMI operations.

Manage US import customs clearance and provide instructions to carriers and customs brokers. Ensure compliance with US customs regulations and tariff requirements, maintain import records, support audits, and collaborate daily with US and Polish teams. Serve as primary external contact for freight forwarders and carriers and drive customs process improvements.

Manage and replenish line-side materials, chemicals, and consumables at customer semiconductor sites. Serve as sole FP&A leader for APAC, leading revenue and gross profit forecasting, annual budgeting, re-forecasts, complex financial modelling, variance and EBITDA analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting, month-end support, compliance with APAC accounting standards, and partnering with senior leaders to drive financial performance and resource allocation.
