This position is within our Customer Experience (CX) division, focusing on service delivery for large-scale telecommunications carrier networks. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal engineers to support the deployment and operation of customer networks.


Job Description: Service Delivery Manager (CX)


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Cisco product teams to identify and understand customer challenges and requirements.
  • Draft and present service delivery proposals based on customer needs and requirements.
  • Manage large-scale service delivery projects.
  • Work as "One Cisco" in coordination with relevant internal departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Routers and Ethernet Switches.
  • Basic knowledge of Server OS (RedHat, UNIX).
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps.
  • Basic knowledge of security.
  • Ability to utilize AI to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ownership mindset: Ability to take initiative and treat business challenges as your own.
  • Collaborative mindset: Ability to understand, respect, and grow with others.
  • Solution-oriented: Focus on "how to achieve" rather than "why it cannot be done."
  • Proactive leadership.
  • Strong desire to learn and actively pursue self-development in new technologies.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency.
  • English proficiency: TOEIC 750 or higher.
  • Programming skills (preferred but not required).
