As a Security Solution Customer Project Manager, your main responsibility is to lead ESM projects/programs and ensure successful, on-time, high-quality deliveries that fulfill contractual requirements. You will be working closely together with the Customers, Customer Units, ESM DevOps team, Product Line, Product Owners, and high-end Cross-Functional Teams.
What you will do
- You will establish the project plan baseline: define the project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans, and monitor all activities
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationships, build confidence and trust, ensure project progress, arrange meetings, and customer events
- Handle project finance: ensure financial and budgetary fulfillments
- Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and attend pre-sales meetings
- Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working, multi-vendor management
- Can demonstrate the ability to adapt to customers' culture, business process, and way of working
