Your Impact

As a Project Manager on the ThousandEyes Professional Services team, you will lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful delivery, ensuring projects are scoped, planned, and executed with clarity and momentum. You will coordinate across customers, consultants, sales, customer success, and technical teams to keep engagements on track, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes.


You will turn complex deployment goals into practical project plans, drive alignment with stakeholders, and create a consistent customer experience across onboarding and services engagements. Your work will help customers realize the value of ThousandEyes faster by improving visibility into their digital experience, accelerating adoption, and ensuring each engagement is delivered with professionalism, accountability, and care.


Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 3-4+ years of project management experience

Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships, create robust project plans and drive engagement successfully towards completion

Direct experience leading all phases of the IT software implementation project lifecycle

Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependencies

Experience working with senior level customer collaborators


Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with web technologies, SaaS deployments, REST APIs, and basic troubleshooting concepts

Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage credibly with technical teams and enterprise customers

Experience delivering Professional Services engagements for enterprise software, networking, observability, or cloud-based solutions

Proven ability to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and executive communications across multiple customer projects

Skills Required
